Yes, we can ship UPSCB (consignee billing). In fact, we can ship using whatever method you prefer. From local to international, we employ only the best and safest methods of shipping so your product arrives on time and in original condition.

Yes and no. We do not offer purchasing products directly from our website. You can place orders via email but that will require a valid purchase order number or credit card number. We also offer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) as a method of ordering our products.
- What is Michigan Valve & Fitting, Inc.'s return policy?
Our return policy actually depends on the original manufacturer's policy. Some manufacturers offer a "no hassle" policy where the product can be returned for full credit if the product is returned in original condition. Some manufacturers will charge a restock fee for a return, even if the product is in original condition. The return of a product is dependent on the situation. Please call or e-mail us for specific information regarding returns. All returns must be accompanied by a Michigan Valve & Fitting, Inc. RMA number.
- Can Michigan Valve & Fitting, Inc. ship direct to my customer?
Yes, we can ship to whomever you like, even with your packing slip. Just fax or e-mail us your packing slip and you are good to go!
- Can Michigan Valve & Fitting, Inc. ship direct from the manufacturer?
Yes and No. This depends on the manufacturer. Some manufacturers allow us to ship direct to you without any extra costs. Other manufacturers will incur an extra charge for shipping direct.
